How far in advance should I contact you?
We recommend at least 2-3 weeks before your trip. If your trip is sooner, reach out anyway — sometimes we can organize it in less time.
Does the service only work for Granada trips?
We currently specialize in Granada. We can include day trips to Sierra Nevada, the Tropical Coast or nearby villages as part of your trip.
¿Can I book the service from outside Spain?
Yes, we work completely online. Most of our clients contact us from the UK, US, Germany or Australia. Communication can be in English.
What if I want to change something in the plan once approved?
No problem. We make adjustments until the plan is exactly what you want. And if something comes up during the trip, we're available.
